Update on Our Ghost!

Well, we continue to have ghostly encounters with our very own poltergeist. Most of the activity surrounding our children, but occasionally I still have experiences. Last week, my daughter called me down stairs at about 2am. She told me that she keeps seeing someone in the kitchen, a shadow figure, and that she is hearing voices. I went down stairs and laid down with her, as I always do when they are having these experiences, and waited for her to fall asleep. Well, I began to close my own eyes, when I started to hear voices too. The voice was loud like it was in the same room, and it started to say, “You are……” and then I opened my eyes, but no one was there. The only thing different was that the room seemed to be occupied by something other than me and my four kids. I thought, this is crazy, and tried to close my eyes again…..well, this time I heard it again, same thing….and when I opened my eyes, still nothing. My kids were finally asleep though, so I figured they would be okay. I went back up to my room, and the kids were able to sleep the rest of the night without a problem.
Another thing that has been happening quite frequently, is that our children continue to see and hear something in the downstairs bathroom. I don’t get it, but they will be fine one minute and the next they are running out of the bathroom screaming. I have gone in to investigate, but have found nothing. I even close the door now when they take a bath or they won’t stay in the tub…..its crazy. I know that some of these things may just be imagination, but I also know the experiences that I had as a child, and they can also be very real. I can’t just ignore their fears, but I can try to help them through them by not being afraid and trying to explain things to them so they will understand.
