Wow! I have not had this much fun on Christmas day in a very long time. Good Times! After a successful turkey dinner, and I do mean successful….YUM!! We decided to load up all eight of my sons Nerf dart guns and battle it out in the living room. What a blast, really, who knew you could have so much fun with those things. Santa bought my Jacob a Raider Rapid Fire Rifle, and it shoots 35 darts at a time. Totally awesome, but the best ones are the little Nerf hand guns…..they seem to shoot the farthest and most accurately. We have been going at it since about 7:30 pm, and it is now 10:00pm…..phew!! The best part is that half way during our play time, my daughter said that there was someone on the stairway and that there is someone else here with us. So, while we were playing we decided that we would take some pictures. Well, in most of our fun shots we also had some spirit orbs in many of the shots. There were some really bright glowing ones as well, and when I took the shots of the stairway there were two orbs on the stairs and in my room. I will have to post those pictures in the days to follow. Anyway, this was not our best Christmas in the way of finances, but has to be one of the best by far in the way of spending some quality time with the family, and that is what truly matters. I hope you all had the opportunity to spend some quality time with your families, doing whatever it is you enjoy doing together. Well, I better get back down there, they are loading the guns up!! Have a Scary Merry Christmas everyone!!
I know that I have mentioned before that Tim Burton’s, “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” really is my very favorite Christmas movie ever. I love all of the songs and lyrics done by one of my favorite scary artists, Danny Elfman. He is just amazing he wrote and sings this one in the movie. My favorite song from the movie is “What’s This?” when Jack Skellington sings about all he discovers about Christmas….its a good song, and a great movie. I found the song and lyrics on YouTube, and here is my favorite scary Christmas song and video. Happy Holidays everyone! I definitely recommend this fun and enjoyable Christmas movie….
My family and I went out a purchased a Christmas tree last weekend, and since then I have taken a total of 183 pictures of my children and I. I downloaded all of the pictures last night and what I found was interesting. Out of all 183 photos, there were unexplained objects, orbs, in about 25 of those pictures. Some of the pictures were taken one right after the other, if there were dust particles or something else explainable, there would have been more. The ones that they showed up in, were mostly pictures taken with my 13-year-old daughter, who has been having all the trouble with feeling like she is being watched all of the time, seeing shadow figures, and loss of vision in this world. I won’t post all of the pictures, but will post a few so that you can see for yourself. In some of the photos of her there are up to 5 orbs at a time. It’s almost like they are so happy to be around her, especially when she is having a good time, that they decided to join the activities. I am including a succession shots I took, a kids photo by the tree, which I do every year to send to family and friends. Well, there is one that appears in about same spot, but not same, that is trying to get into pictures too…..this is not a dust particle…sorry all you skeptics. I had a thought this morning that I had a miscarriage in 2006, and maybe she is trying to get into photo. It’s a nice thought anyway. Also, in only one of the shots, there is a fog like figure, that I can not explain, as it just showed up out of no where, I didn’t see it when I took the picture, but it was there when I downloaded them. Well, take a look, and let me know what you think. They are actually pretty cool.
You can see several orbs in this one, and they are all right behind or near my oldest daughter.
This was my first attempt at getting all kids to smile and look at camera at same time…..orb is in upper right of pic….
Again it is in same area, trying to get next to Jake….
Again, very faint in same area in upper right….
and again here you can see it clearly in the mantle……
This last photo is only one in bunch with this fog-like, vapor mist, figure….
My children never stop feeling like they are being watched, especially my two oldest….it has been difficult to sleep in our house, at least for me.
I saw “The Nightmare Before Christmas” in 1993, at the movie theater with my young son. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. The story is wonderful, and the music is amazing, and how could it not be when it was all done by Danny Elfman. I think maybe it was because it took a different, and scary approach to Christmas, and I love anything scary. Anyway, this is scarygeek’s favorite scary Christmas movie ever. I found this trailer on YouTube, if you haven’t seen it yet, it is worth the rental. Enjoy!
When I was seven we spent a lot of time at the homes of relatives, and holidays were very special times when cousins from all over the state would come to visit. It was the Christmas of 1977 that me and twelve of my cousins decided to play an innocent little game of “Bloody Mary.” We were at the home of my cousin Jimmy, in Sylmar, California. His house had a the perfect hallway, we were able to close all five doors leading into the hallway, and at the very end was a full length mirror. There were no other kids in the house, and all of the parents were in the living room. At the far end of the hallway were two doors that led to the only two bedrooms in the house. Both were empty prior to us going in and closing all of the doors. It was pitch dark, the only light was from under the one door that led to the living room where all the adults were at the time. One, of my older cousins started to say the magic words….”Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary…….” When she said it the third time we all got quiet waiting to see what would happen. Well….it happened. We all turned to look toward the mirrored end of the hallway when we heard the handle of the door turning. What we saw scared the heck out of me and everyone in that hallway. There was a bright red, luminescent, hand and arm gaping eerily into the hallway, and opening the door. All I can remember is 13 kids running and screaming. In all the chaos and desperation I was nearly trampled on, and we all went out the opposite door and into the living room and we were all overwhelmed with the relief of salvation. We proceeded to sit looking at each other in blatant disbelief. Each of us sitting as close together as possible in silent panic. I remember looking around to see if any of the parents were missing, but they were all there. I don’t know what we saw that night, but we talked about it later in our teen years and everyone remembers seeing the same thing. I have been told several scary “Bloody Mary” experiences since that time, and I can tell you that I have never played that game again.
