Ghost, Spirit Updates

So now that we have decided to move, and hopefully keep the spirits that we found here in this house from coming with us, it seems they are making their last efforts to be seen and heard. The last couple of days I have seen quite a few shadow figures on and around the stairway, as well as walking around the living room and kitchen areas of the house. It seems that the one upstairs is also picking up its game, as it keeps walking into my room and standing at the side of my bed. I just keep telling it that I need my rest and I can’t talk now, and it stays for a bit and eventually goes away.

My daughter has also been seeing a lot more of them in the house, and is now seeing them at her school. Today, she finally told me that she has been seeing this almost full apparition in class. She says that she thinks that it knows she can see him, and that he looks like he is trying to avoid the other people walking around the classroom. She said that it appears to look lost, and just keeps looking around the room. She also said that it is wearing dull gray clothing. She said that her friend saw that she was looking at something today, and asked her what was wrong. Unfortunately, she was not able to just tell her.

The other day I slipped on the stairs. Now, I am a very athletic and have great reflexes, and don’t just go around falling everywhere. I can’t even remember a time that I have tripped and fallen down. In fact, I don’t think I ever have until now. It was strange, because it felt like someone had put roller blades on the bottom of my feet. I slipped down five steps, and luckily I was able to grab the railing and use my other arm to stop my fall. It just didn’t feel like an accident, and I can’t say that it was anything else, but I have my suspicions. Anyway, as I am writing this I just saw one of them run up the stairs, and about an hour ago, the dogs were barking at nothing we could see or hear, but it was at the bottom of the stairs. These next few days are going to be interesting.

Ghost Updates – Wolf Moon

Tonight is the night of the very first full moon of the year, it is also known as Wolf Moon. On this night the moon will be it’s biggest and brightest of any other full moon of the year. Go ahead, take a look, it is very bright and beautiful tonight!

I wanted to give everyone an update on the activity in our home, that has been occurring since about the middle of August of 2009. We live in New Braunfels, Texas at the moment, with four of our five children. Our oldest daughter is 13, and she seems to be the conduit that attracts these spirits to our home. They are generally seen in or around the stairway, and are seen as shadow figures, orbs, bright figures, and now we are seeing actual full apparitions.

Since August, my husband and I moved into the bedrooms upstairs, and all of the kids sleep together in the master bedroom downstairs. This way they are as far away from the stairway as possible. Anyway, after we put the kids to bed last night my daughter called me down to the bedroom because she was hearing footsteps in the attic. Then she said she was also hearing voices, but she could not make out what they were saying. I stayed with her in the bedroom for a while and then she began to get frustrated because she does not know why they won’t just leave her alone. She said that all she wants to do is to be able to sleep. I feel so bad for her. We sat there and listened with her, but she said that they soon stopped. I decided to just let her come up stairs and sleep with me, so that the both of us could get some sleep.

Well, she seemed to fall asleep pretty quickly, but I stayed awake for a bit, because I was feeling like something followed us up stairs. I was trying to get comfortable when I heard footsteps and something in the attic. I turned to the sound and heard it a couple more times, and then it settled down. I didn’t tell my daughter this, but earlier before I went down to her bedroom, I was lying in the bed trying to get comfortable when I felt something grab my exposed leg, and it happened just as she called me down.

We really are not afraid of these spirits anymore, we have gotten quite used to them. The only problem is that they do not let us rest. A good nights seep would be wonderful. We will be moving soon, and I know that it will not solve our problem, but I am going to do my best to make these spirits stay right here in this house.

The Ghost In the Closet

I moved my family to New Braunfels, Texas in July of 2009. About three weeks after moving there we began to experience and increase in paranormal activity. Our family is not new to the paranormal. I have several family members who possess real psychic abilities including myself, my husband, and our children. The problem now, is that these spirits, ghosts, or entities have increased their presence, and have made if very difficult to go one night without an incident. Most of the activity seems to occur in and around our stairway and loft area. We see shadow figures all of the time, they walk up and down the stairs several times a day. Sometimes they just sit at the top of the stairs and I wonder what they are thinking. I have had them come into the room and walk over to my side of the bed and just stand there, staring, and I wonder what it is that they want. Sometimes when I am in my bedroom or in the bathroom getting ready for work, my kids will walk up the stairs, and as they get to the top they start screaming. My little boy calls them monsters but I try to get him to see that they are not, and that he needs to tell them to just go away. He has now started to tell them when he sees them, and he points his fingers at them too. When we have family gatherings I have started to take lots of pictures, and when we are done there are always lots of very bright orbs that have joined us in our festivities. I love to ask them to take pictures with us, because they usually do. There seems to be one that I recognize, and that is interesting to me. It is the same bluish color and has the same markings time and time again. Lately, my kids have seen an increase in activity in the down stairs bathroom and closet. We have had light fixtures fall off of ceilings, and doors open that were closed. The kids take baths in the big tub in there, and every once in a while my little ones decided that they want to get out because there is something in the closet. We hear a lot of noise from in there, and I don’t know what it is, but the kids do not like it. My youngest son sees it, and I know he does, because he will point it out, and he trembles. The ghost in the closet has caused me many nights of sleep. Anyway, I will be writing about more of my true ghost stories as they come about. Right now, one has just decided to join us in the bedroom.

Ghost Updates!

Well, it has been since the 5th of January, when I thanked Chris for being here in our home, and asked him to leave us and be free. I didn’t think that I would be able to tell if he had actually left us or not, but I honestly do not feel his presence here anymore. So, I am happy that he has moved on, and I hope that he has found peace.

One of the things I have noticed is the negative energy that is felt throughout the house. Everything about it is negative, and does not feel right at all. My husband and I are living in the upstairs bedrooms, that are supposed to be our kids rooms. All four of our children, ages 2 -13 are sleeping downstairs in the master bedroom. They will not come up to the upstairs bedrooms if they are alone. My youngest son still sees something in the hallways and stairways, and when he sees it, he sure lets me know. I have stayed calm when he runs to me, and he now is able to tell it to go away, and he does. It is the cutest thing.

The other night I mentioned the negative energy to my husband, and I blamed it on the house. I told him that we need to get out of here, and that I don’t like it. Well, the house did not like what I had to say because right then, the glass light cover in the bathroom dropped to the floor and shattered into a hundred pieces. Luckily, no one was in the bathroom, but it kinda freaked me out, not to mention my kids. Coincidence? There are no coincidences. This was in direct response to what I was talking to my husband about. I told him we need to stay strong to fight against this negative energy, and that is just what we are doing. It is really starting to wear on us though, and is now draining our own energy.

We have continued with the circle, the prayers, and the sage, and I can’t even imagine what it would be like if we did not do these things to help ourselves. My children are getting better at dealing with the ghosts and everything else, and I have been getting more sleep since the beginning of January. I just wish I could make it all go away. I fear that it will not be any better until we move, and Jason and I are working on that every day.

Haunted Places – Calico Ghost Town

When I was a little girl, my family and I went to the Calico Ghost Town, on more than one occasion. I think my dad liked to walk with the ghosts…lol. It was fun, and I remember running around and touring the area. Calico Ghost Town was founded in 1881, and isan old silver mining town, located about 10 miles north of Barstow, California. The town was purchased by Walter Knott, the owner of Knotts Berry Farm, in 1950. He later dedicated the town to the city of San Bernardino, and it is now a County Regional Park.

They used to have a 90 minute guided ghost tour through the town, but I am not sure if they still have one or not. It has been at least 25 years since I have been there. They used to have them on Friday and Saturday nights, and they were taken after it got dark. There have been reported sightings of apparitions and shadow people during tours and not. I don’t really remember any events or encounters during the time that I was there, but I do remember the “feeling”, you know that one that you get when there is an energy trying to drain your own….lol.

Calico is a pretty neat little town, if you are ever close by, it is kind of a fun place to visit. There have been reports of voices, as well as scents and sounds of a horse in the that used to be where the stage coach stopped. Wow, a ghost horse…..haven’t heard of that one yet.

Since I have started writing about my paranormal experiences, and since my awareness has seemed to increase, I have been wanting to go back to all of those places that I visited as a child. It would be fun to revisit those places that claimed to have been haunted. Calico would be a very fun place to take my own kids, and see what kind of experiences we can have. I plan on going back to the West Coast some time in the near future and will be making an effort to visit these places so that I can write about my own experiences. Fear of Ghosts

As most of you know, I have had to deal with ghosts for most of my life, and have never really had anyone around to help me to understand them. I was never taught that I should not to be afraid, and the fact that I loved scary movies even as a young child did not help my situation. I grew up being scared of ghosts, and even though I knew I should not fear them, somehow I was conditioned that way. I am trying very hard now, to recondition myself, not only for me but for my children. I want them to remain open to them, and to embrace the gifts that they have. I can’t go back and change how I reacted to my past experiences, but I can work toward changing how I react to them now. Lately, I have found that I can take photos of spirit orbs, just by asking for them to show themselves. I am very thankful for this gift, and hope to get some really good pictures to post on this site. I always feel a very positive energy when taking these pictures and it is a really good feeling. The point I am trying to make is that we should not fear them, not even the negative spirits, because we are in control. If we remain calm the negative spirits cannot become stronger by feeding off of our fears. We need to remain in control, and set boundaries and rules for our spiritual friends. When it is late at night and they want to talk, just tell them, “now is not the time” and ask them to leave, and allow you to rest, and if they are negative energies, let them know that they are not welcome and that they must leave now. You must be firm, yet loving, and kind. Trust in your faith that they will follow your directions, and that you are in control. Having negative or positive energies in your home can be very physically and mentally draining. I believe that spirits require lots of energy to present themselves, and they draw upon the energies around them, including your own energy, especially when they wake you up at all hours of the night. I also believe that we will be seeing a lot more spirits, ghosts, and orbs as we get closer to our day of enlightenment (2012). Paranormal activity of all kinds will become more and more common, and how wonderful that we have the Internet and the ability to share our experiences.

Another Long Night – Ghost Update

I was finally able to get to sleep before 1:00am last night, but as usual, when I want to get some sleep, it just doesn’t happen. I was sleeping pretty well when I received a text from my daughter Sera, who is in the downstairs master bedroom with her brothers and sister. The text only read, “help.” So, here we go again, I went running down the stairs half asleep, with my heart beating in my throat down to the kids room. I found Sera lying in her bed with her eyes wide open. I asked her what had happened and she said that she saw three shadow figures in the kitchen, and then one came to her doorway, and just stood there. She then said that the door to the bathroom, which they always keep shut, started rattling. I asked her if they were still there and she said she was not sure. I laid with them for a while, and from the corner of my eye, which is when most shadow figures are seen, I saw them three times. I stayed with her and asked her if she was going to be okay sleeping and she said she was not sure. So I stayed with them. After about ten minutes of sitting with them, the bed started shaking. It did not last long, but they were letting me know they were there, and neither one of the girls moved, and the shaking felt like it came from right beside me. I asked it to let us rest now, and then asked my daughter to just come up stairs with me so that we could both get some much needed sleep. We both fell asleep without a problem, and the remainder of the night was uneventful.

Protective Spirit in My Bedroom

My family and I have gone through some pretty scary experiences over the past several months, and we are now learning how to live with our gift. We are constantly surrounded by spirits, ghosts, spirit guides, or whatever you want to call them, pretty much all of the time. I believe they have become more frequent, and we have become stronger, because my daughter and I are very open to them at this time. My daughter because she is now a teenager, and her energy is strong. I think they really love to be around her her right now. As for myself, while I have been on a spiritual journey for most of my life, I am just now starting to understand myself and the gifts that I possess. As I become more aware of these gifts and those energies around me, I have noticed a few things that I had not before. I have been aware that I am constantly being watched over, sometimes to the point where I can actually feel them following me, hear their footsteps behind me, and even hear their voices. It isn’t anything that scares me or makes me feel uncomfortable, it is just a good feeling. I have seen more and more activity in my upstairs hallway and bedrooms, and over the past week I have been hearing someone walking in the hallway, through my bedroom door, into my bedroom, around my room, and then just stand there on my side of the bed. I have had this experience three times in the last week, and last night was the most recent. I was lying in bed when I heard the footsteps. I opened my eyes and followed the sounds from the bedroom door to my side of the bed. I looked in the direction that I heard it stop, I smiled, said, “good night”, and acknowledged his presence. I am not sure who this spirit is, but I have a very strong feeling that it is a man. I did not feel like I had anything to fear from this energy so I closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Ghosts, Spirits Update

Well, we are now comfortable with our spirit visitors, but we continue to have problems with their timing. I woke up at 3:33 in the morning, to a text from Sera’s phone, asking me to come down stairs. Well, as usual, I ran down stairs half awake, wiping the sleep from my eyes to find Jake in the living room pacing and visibly upset. I asked him what was wrong and where his sister was, and he said that he had text me from her phone because Sera was in her bed calling for me. He said that she had been saying “mom” for about an hour, and in different tones, sometimes crying and sometimes screaming. He was very upset. I walked into their room and saw Sera lying on her back in her bed and she was crying, I watched her for a second and she cried out for me. I tried to touch her and she just about jumped through the roof, took a huge breath. I thought for sure I had given her a heart attack. She looked at me and started crying. She said, “There were so many, they were coming through the door, and they all wanted to know why I didn’t want them there.”…..and she just kept crying. She said they were like shadow people, but more like outlines, and that there were so many they were all around her and they were all talking at the same time. So now both her and Jake were upset. I laid down next to her, and held her. She wasn’t scared, just upset, because it isn’t that we don’t want them here, but there are just so many we can’t speak to them all at the same time. We also need our rest, and waking us up at all hours of the night is starting to wear on us. I held her close, and she finally slept. I left them sleeping, even though I could tell there was someone there. I asked them to let us rest, and we did not have any other issues after that. I don’t know what the answer is, but I think we need to try and set some rules. We will see how that goes, and I will keep you posted.

Ghost on the Stairs – Our Own Ghost Hunt!

Okay, so after we had been having fun and playing Nerf wars in the living room of our home, my daughter said that there were others here playing with us. I said, “you mean others as in spirit others?” and she said, “yes” and grabbed my camera and she started taking pictures. It seems that whenever we are having fun, they want to be around us and our energy. We love it, it is almost a guaranteed that we will get an orb in the picture whenever we are having fun. So I went with it, we started taking pictures. At one point, my daughter and I were on the stairs and she asked me to get the camera because there was something on the stairs up near my bedroom door. So I ran down, grabbed the camera, went back up and took five pictures….all five have orbs in them. Two each, all in same general area…….I have included some pictures of our hunt.

In this picture, we had asked the spirits to join us in our fun. We were playing Nerf gun dart wars, boys against the girls…..look at all the activity we have in our living room. They were everywhere. We took this right as my daughter said they were amongst us, and sure enough, there they were. There are a total nine orbs in this picture, the bright one on the bottom of the picture is one that has been in several pictures since we started noticing them.

In this one there are two large very transparent orbs in doorway…..

We start talking to them and took another one, and in this picture one comes out into the hall way and the other stays back….

In this picture they go back in the doorway….

and finally in this one they almost come together in the doorway, and become brighter……
