Fear of Ghosts

As most of you know, I have had to deal with ghosts for most of my life, and have never really had anyone around to help me to understand them. I was never taught that I should not to be afraid, and the fact that I loved scary movies even as a young child did not help my situation. I grew up being scared of ghosts, and even though I knew I should not fear them, somehow I was conditioned that way. I am trying very hard now, to recondition myself, not only for me but for my children. I want them to remain open to them, and to embrace the gifts that they have. I can’t go back and change how I reacted to my past experiences, but I can work toward changing how I react to them now. Lately, I have found that I can take photos of spirit orbs, just by asking for them to show themselves. I am very thankful for this gift, and hope to get some really good pictures to post on this site. I always feel a very positive energy when taking these pictures and it is a really good feeling. The point I am trying to make is that we should not fear them, not even the negative spirits, because we are in control. If we remain calm the negative spirits cannot become stronger by feeding off of our fears. We need to remain in control, and set boundaries and rules for our spiritual friends. When it is late at night and they want to talk, just tell them, “now is not the time” and ask them to leave, and allow you to rest, and if they are negative energies, let them know that they are not welcome and that they must leave now. You must be firm, yet loving, and kind. Trust in your faith that they will follow your directions, and that you are in control. Having negative or positive energies in your home can be very physically and mentally draining. I believe that spirits require lots of energy to present themselves, and they draw upon the energies around them, including your own energy, especially when they wake you up at all hours of the night. I also believe that we will be seeing a lot more spirits, ghosts, and orbs as we get closer to our day of enlightenment (2012). Paranormal activity of all kinds will become more and more common, and how wonderful that we have the Internet and the ability to share our experiences.

Another Long Night – Ghost Update

I was finally able to get to sleep before 1:00am last night, but as usual, when I want to get some sleep, it just doesn’t happen. I was sleeping pretty well when I received a text from my daughter Sera, who is in the downstairs master bedroom with her brothers and sister. The text only read, “help.” So, here we go again, I went running down the stairs half asleep, with my heart beating in my throat down to the kids room. I found Sera lying in her bed with her eyes wide open. I asked her what had happened and she said that she saw three shadow figures in the kitchen, and then one came to her doorway, and just stood there. She then said that the door to the bathroom, which they always keep shut, started rattling. I asked her if they were still there and she said she was not sure. I laid with them for a while, and from the corner of my eye, which is when most shadow figures are seen, I saw them three times. I stayed with her and asked her if she was going to be okay sleeping and she said she was not sure. So I stayed with them. After about ten minutes of sitting with them, the bed started shaking. It did not last long, but they were letting me know they were there, and neither one of the girls moved, and the shaking felt like it came from right beside me. I asked it to let us rest now, and then asked my daughter to just come up stairs with me so that we could both get some much needed sleep. We both fell asleep without a problem, and the remainder of the night was uneventful.

Ghost, Spirit, Orbs, Spheres! – Joining in on Christmas Activity!

My family and I went out a purchased a Christmas tree last weekend, and since then I have taken a total of 183 pictures of my children and I. I downloaded all of the pictures last night and what I found was interesting. Out of all 183 photos, there were unexplained objects, orbs, in about 25 of those pictures. Some of the pictures were taken one right after the other, if there were dust particles or something else explainable, there would have been more. The ones that they showed up in, were mostly pictures taken with my 13-year-old daughter, who has been having all the trouble with feeling like she is being watched all of the time, seeing shadow figures, and loss of vision in this world. I won’t post all of the pictures, but will post a few so that you can see for yourself. In some of the photos of her there are up to 5 orbs at a time. It’s almost like they are so happy to be around her, especially when she is having a good time, that they decided to join the activities. I am including a succession shots I took, a kids photo by the tree, which I do every year to send to family and friends. Well, there is one that appears in about same spot, but not same, that is trying to get into pictures too…..this is not a dust particle…sorry all you skeptics. I had a thought this morning that I had a miscarriage in 2006, and maybe she is trying to get into photo. It’s a nice thought anyway. Also, in only one of the shots, there is a fog like figure, that I can not explain, as it just showed up out of no where, I didn’t see it when I took the picture, but it was there when I downloaded them. Well, take a look, and let me know what you think. They are actually pretty cool.

You can see several orbs in this one, and they are all right behind or near my oldest daughter.

This was my first attempt at getting all kids to smile and look at camera at same time…..orb is in upper right of pic….

This last photo is only one in bunch with this fog-like, vapor mist, figure….

My children never stop feeling like they are being watched, especially my two oldest….it has been difficult to sleep in our house, at least for me.

Ghost Update Paranormal Activity

Well, I finally went to sleep last night before 9:30pm and woke up refreshed at 11:30pm with a phone call from my daughter who had also text me twice before. I thought it was already 5:00am but when I looked at the clock it was only 11:30pm. She said that she needed me and I ran down to her room where I found her holding on to her little sister with a terrified look on her face. I asked her what was wrong and she said that she had heard someone walking on the bathroom tile and then she also heard something push on the door twice.

I looked around and found nothing out of the ordinary. I just laid down next to her and waited for her to fall asleep. There were no other problems while I was there. I talked to her for a bit before she fell asleep and she said that she really wanted to move and soon. I don’t know how we are going to be able to do that at this time, but maybe in a couple of months it will be a possibility. Will need to work hard over the next couple of weeks. I am really tired of not getting my sleep.

Protective Entity – Mr. Brown

In December of 1999 I decided to stay home with my two young children. I was a nurse at the time and was able to use my skills to do some medical transcribing at home. I used to watch the kids during the day and type all night because my husband at the time worked grave’s. Sometimes I would be up until 4 am typing. Sometimes when I was in my office I would feel like someone was watching me. I never felt scared but just felt watched. Most of the time the feeling came from behind me. Once in a while it felt like it was in front of me. Well, one night it appeared to me in the doorway at the front of my office. I looked up and saw a man wearing a brown suit, hat, and carrying a briefcase. He stood there in the doorway for about fifteen or twenty minutes just watching and then just disappeared. I tried to check the time whenever I would feel his presence and would usually be between 2 and 2:30 in the morning, and he would always stand in the doorways. He never said anything or bothered anyone just stood watch over us while my husband was out. My oldest son and I were talking on day and I asked him if he had ever felt or seen anything in the house and he said that he used to see a man wearing a brown suit, hat, and carrying a briefcase. We called him Mr. Brown!

Ghost Update!

Well, it has been over a week now since we all sat around the BBQ and burned the three books that turned our house upside down over the last six weeks. After we discovered that we were reciting spells that called upon evil spirits and dark forces we decided to reclaim our home, and that is exactly what we did. Using sage, fire, and reciting our own protections spells it appears that we have cleansed our home of any evil spirits we have invited into the house. The kids have been sleeping through the night and seem much more rested. The negative energy that we had been feeling is gone, but there are still times when we feel like someone is watching over us. We do feel like it is a more positive energy though and that it is here to protect not to harm. I thank everyone who had a hand in enlightening us on that day. My husbands friends at work and my mother who were concerned about our family. I just want to say again that we all need to be careful about what we exposing ourselves to. It is never a good idea to recite spells of any kind unless we know where they originated and what they are used for. I am just happy that my children are able to rest. Its been a tough month or so….

First Night in the Upstairs Bedrooms

Last night was our first night in the upstairs bedrooms. Of course we weren’t alone, we had eachother. I did have a very strange nights sleep though. I woke up completely refreshed and ready to go thinking it was time for Jason to get up, but it was only 45 minutes after we had fallen to sleep which was 12:45 am….wierd!! So I went back to sleep and woke up again quite refreshed and ready to go AGAIN and it was only 01:45 am!! What is going on here? Well, needless to say, I went back to sleep and woke up once to someone or something standing in the doorway, which I clearly remember asking to “go away, your not welcome”…..I am not sure that I should have told him to go away because I am not even sure who “he” is. If it was the good spirit I didn’t want him to leave, just didn’t like being stared at, and if it was bad I guess I am glad that it went away. Other than that it was an uneventful night.

Today we did get some advice from a woman my husband works with that was married to a Navajo Indian. She says that we should get an egg, crack it open, and place it under our beds and if when we wake up there is a red dot in the egg we have captured the spirit. Luckily I asked if the egg would capture only the bad spirits because she said it would capture all of them. I don’t think that losing all of my spirit guides is worth capturing one bad spirit. I need to find another way to resolve this problem. She did say that the best time for me to speak to the spirit would be at 2 a.m. Now I just have to gain the courage to speak to it. What would you do?
