Happy Scary Birthday to Me!

Posted by scarygeek on January 9, 2010 at 16:14 pm

Yes, today is my birthday, but not just any old birthday, it’s my 40th birthday.  Wow, I can’t believe it has been 40 years, time goes by so very quickly.  I have been thinking about how much everything has changed in 40 years, and it is amazing.  I am not just referring to technology, but also how we as people are changing both mentally and spiritually.  There has been an increase in paranormal activity over the last decade, and I believe that this is going to continue until our time of enlightenment in 2012.  There has been an increase in the amount of orb activity as people become more aware of their presence.  People are capturing them on video and digital cameras as the spirits try to make themselves known.  There has also been an increase in UFO sightings, which is evidenced by the increasing number of reports and videos you can find all over the Internet.  I think we are all in for a treat as the we all become more aware of the energies around us, as well as the energies above.  I am looking forward to the next few years, as we all become ”enlightened”, well, some of us anyway.

To celebrate my 40th Birthday, I wanted to find a very scary Birthday video to post, but finding a good video is definitely more difficult that it should be.  I did find this interesting, and scary music video though, and thought it would be a good one to share.  This is the music video I found on YouTube, by Blue – “The Birthday Massacre”….hope it scares you!  Happy Birthday to me!!

In Theaters Tomorrow – “Daybreakers”

Posted by scarygeek on January 7, 2010 at 23:37 pm

Tomorrow is the day I have been waiting for since I saw the movie trailer for “Daybreakers.”  I am so excited about this movie, and for my birthday, on Saturday, I would really love to go and see it, hint, hint.  I love everything about vampires, including scary vampire movies, and even books.   I have told my husband that if I ever met a vampire, he had better watch out….lol.  The book series “Twilight” was absolutely wonderful.  I read “Twilight” in four days, “New Moon” in 3 days, and “Eclipse” in four days too.  I was so upset that I did not have another book to read.  Anyway, “Daybreakers” is going to be good, I just know it!  The movie trailers give away more of the movie than I am going to, but here goes, the movie takes place in the year 2019, and most of the human population is infected by a virus that causes them to turn into vampires.  The vampires start farming the remaining humans for their blood, and the blood supply begins to diminish, as does the unaffected human population.  Ethan Hawks’s character discovers a cure for the vampire virus, and he tries to convince them to become human again.  The vampires become offended, because they like what they have become.  The vampires don’t believe there is anything to cure, and well, I am sure there is going to be a lot of blood shed, guns, and fighting, the battle of the vampires and what little is left of the human population.  Anyway, I found yet another movie trailer for it on YouTube and I am posting it here for you to watch.  I really can’t wait to see it, and I know that I am not going to be disappointed.

The Nightmare Before Christmas – Scary Movies!

Posted by scarygeek on December 23, 2009 at 16:56 pm

I know that I have mentioned before that Tim Burton’s, “The Nightmare Before Christmas,” really is my very favorite Christmas movie ever.  I love all of the songs and lyrics done by one of my favorite scary artists, Danny Elfman.  He is just amazing he wrote and sings this one in the movie.  My favorite song from the movie is “What’s This?” when Jack Skellington sings about all he discovers about Christmas….its a good song, and a great movie.  I found the song and lyrics on YouTube, and here is my favorite scary Christmas song and video.  Happy Holidays everyone!  I definitely recommend this fun and enjoyable Christmas movie….

Ghost Hunters!

I really enjoy watching these Ghost Hunter shows. I am not sure that all the evidence they do find is true, but the majority of it makes me think. I found this clip on YouTube of some of their best evidence ever, actual video, and evp evidence as well. I enjoyed watching it, and I hope you do too. Soon I will be going on some of my own ghost adventures. I am planning on visiting some of the local haunted buildings, and cemeteries, and I will be bringing you some photos of my own. Thanks for visiting.

Gettysburg Ghosts!

Posted by scarygeek on December 18, 2009 at 22:13 pm

I have been looking through some pretty decent photos, videos, and evps of the Gettysburg Ghosts. There is some pretty good evidence out there. I saw this one, and thought it was really good. It is believe to be a picture of General Robert E. Lee. I don’t know who it is, but it is a good shot. I found the video on YouTube. Take a look for yourself.
